Nicholas Marcello is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A4 Capital Partners, where he leads platform strategy, structuring, business development, and lending operations. He is actively involved across the firm’s credit, capital markets, and operational functions.

Mr. Marcello also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Real Estate Partners, where he oversees accounting, tax, investor reporting, treasury, banking relationships, and transaction structuring across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Marcello served as Chief Financial Officer of Sachem Capital Corp. (NYSE American: SACH), a publicly traded real estate lender focused on small-balance bridge and construction loans. During his tenure, he managed SEC reporting, capital markets activities, investor relations, and financing facilities, while also overseeing credit-related functions including workouts and foreclosures.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Marcello was a Vice President at Waypoint Residential and began his career at PwC within the Investment Management Group, advising alternative investment managers and real estate platforms.

Mr. Marcello’s experience spans private equity real estate, private credit, public real estate finance, fund structuring, and institutional operations. He holds a B.S. from Providence College and both an M.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
