Jonathan Merrill, CFA, CAIA, is a director with Ellington Management Group. In his role, Jonathan works with large investment consultants, pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, and RIAs to stay abreast of key investment trends and construct credit portfolios designed to fit specific client goals. Prior to joining Ellington, Jonathan spent 2 years at Carlson Capital in Dallas and worked as a Vice President in BlackRock’s RIA sales team. He earned his BS in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a member of the Economic Club of New York, the Atlantic Council, and the New York City Astronomy Club.
