John Dine has over 25 years of work experience in Finance. John started his financial services career in the pits of Chicago on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade.  After a successful trading career, he joined W. P. Carey as Vice President for the Upper Midwest Region, responsible for increasing Assets under Management in the RIA and independent Broker/Dealer Channel. John continued to excel in this role until 2017 when he moved to Griffin Capital Securities, LLC as a Senior Vice President. After enjoying success at Griffin, John joined Apollo Global Management Inc. as a Director, responsible for increasing Assets under Management through all financial intermediaries. John was tasked with distributing Apollo’s institutional strategies to the High Net Worth (HNW) community. John has spent his extensive career helping investors achieve their financial goals through the use of alternative investment strategies, such as Real Estate, Private Credit, and Private Equity. John left Apollo Global in 2023 for an exciting opportunity to join Core Spaces, headquartered in his hometown of Chicago. Core Spaces is a market leader in Student Housing Development and Build to Rent strategies. As a Managing Director and Co-Head of Capital Formation, John will be responsible for bringing Core Space’s successful Institutional investment strategies to the Family Office & HNW community.
