Jeff Livingston is a member of the Investment Committee at Integrum and represents the Firm on the Boards of Integrum portfolio companies, Evertree Insurance and Strategic Risk Solutions.

Jeff brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over more than 15 years of working with leading global companies.

Previously, he was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity team focused on financial services, business services and financial technologies. During his tenure at KKR, he served on the Boards of Sedgwick and Apple Leisure Group.

Earlier in his career at KKR, he was a member of the KKR Capstone team, focused on driving value creation across KKR’s private equity portfolio companies, including First Data/Fiserv, Laureate, and Sedgwick.

Prior to KKR, Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company in both their Beijing and New Jersey offices.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
